สำหรับใครที่ยังไม่รู้จัก Claude Skills คือ modular packages ที่เพิ่มความสามารถให้ Claude ในงานเฉพาะทาง แต่ละ Skill ประกอบด้วย:

4. Use inclusive language — avoid gendered terms, unnecessary
   jargon, or requirements that create artificial barriers
5. Include salary range if provided by requester

### Resume Screening

1. Compare candidate qualifications against job requirements
2. Create a structured evaluation with:
   - Match Score (1-5) for each required qualification
   - Overall Fit Score with brief justification
   - Red Flags or concerns

## Required Sections

- 2-3 sentences maximum
